1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kombom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kombom is a productivity tool designed for individuals with ADHD and anyone looking for a gamified task management experience. Features include task creation, team collaboration, and a reward system.

3. Communications, SMS & Email Services

Kombom offers optional SMS-based and email features including task reminders, promotional communications, and an SMS assistant. By providing your phone number and/or email and consenting to receive messages, you agree to the following:

  • Opt-In: You explicitly consent to receive SMS messages and/or emails from Kombom by providing your contact information and opting in.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and settings.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply for SMS.
  • SMS Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from Kombom.
  • Email Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email.
  • Help: For SMS help, reply HELP or contact us through the in-app support feature.
  • SMS features are not available in all countries. Carrier support may vary.

Kombom is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

4. User Conduct

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you provide. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit the free token system.

5. Tokens and Kombux

Tokens and Kombux are virtual currencies within the Kombom app. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify these systems at any time.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kombom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
