• Account Information: When you sign up via Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the application, including task creation, completion, and reward redemptions.
• Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences.

2. Communications Data (SMS & Email)

If you opt in to Kombom's SMS or email features, we collect and store:

• Contact Information: Your phone number and email address are stored securely and used solely to deliver messages related to your Kombom account, including task reminders, assistant conversations, and app updates.
• Consent Record: We record when you provided consent to receive SMS messages and emails.
• Message History: We store the content of SMS conversations with the Kombom assistant to provide context for future interactions.

Opt-Out for SMS: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from Kombom, or by disconnecting your phone number in your dashboard Settings. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opt-Out for Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of these emails. You may still receive essential transactional emails related to your account security and service updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage of task reminders, the SMS assistant, and email preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and email are shared only with our delivery providers (e.g., Twilio, Resend) solely for the purpose of sending messages you have requested or agreed to receive.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing and maintaining the Kombom service.
• Improving and personalizing your experience.
• Communicating with you about your account or service updates.
• Analyzing usage to prevent abuse and improve performance.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services like Supabase for database and authentication, and Google for OAuth. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team via the in-app support feature.
